It is said that an individual has north of 60,000 considerations consistently. That is more than forty contemplations per minute! However, of the 60,000 contemplations you have today, a lot of these are equivalent to the 60,000 you had yesterday and the other day, generally ruling out novel insights. How often in the past have you decided to ignore your positive contemplations and spotlight on your negative considerations? Notice how you’re contemplations about yourself, your considerations about others and your considerations about the thing others might be considering you impact what you can accomplish.
